Cancellation Policy

This Cancellation Policy outlines the terms and conditions under which clients may cancel analytics service engagements with Logic Technology Service Private Limited ("Logic-Tech"). We aim to handle all cancellations fairly, transparently, and in accordance with the investment made by both parties.

1. Cancellation by Client

1.1 Before Project Commencement

If you cancel after signing the Statement of Work (SOW) but before any project work has commenced (typically within 5 business days of SOW execution), you are entitled to a full refund of any advance payment made, minus a 5% administrative processing fee.

1.2 After Project Commencement

Once project work has commenced, the following cancellation fees apply based on the percentage of work completed at the time of cancellation notice:

• 0–25% completion: 40% of total project value is due and payable
• 26–50% completion: 60% of total project value is due and payable
• 51–75% completion: 80% of total project value is due and payable
• 76–100% completion: 100% of total project value is due and payable

Percentage of completion is determined by Logic-Tech based on documented project progress and approved by both parties in writing.

2. How to Cancel

All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email to info@logictech.site with the subject line "Project Cancellation — [Your Project Reference Number]". The cancellation date is the date on which Logic-Tech receives and acknowledges the written cancellation request.

3. Logic-Tech's Right to Cancel

Logic-Tech reserves the right to cancel an engagement in the following circumstances:

• Non-payment of invoices beyond 30 days of the due date
• Client's failure to provide required data, access credentials, or cooperation for more than 30 consecutive business days
• Discovery of fraudulent, illegal, or unethical activities related to the engagement
• Force majeure events that make service delivery impossible

In such cases, Logic-Tech will provide written notice and invoice for work completed to date. Any amounts paid in excess of work completed will be refunded within 15 business days.

4. Deliverables Upon Cancellation

Upon cancellation, Logic-Tech will:

• Deliver all completed work products and documentation to the client within 10 business days
• Provide a handover document summarising work completed, work in progress, and recommended next steps
• Return or securely delete all client data in accordance with our data retention policy and the client's instructions
• Revoke all access to client systems and data sources

5. Outstanding Payments

Any outstanding amounts owed to Logic-Tech at the time of cancellation remain due and payable in accordance with the original payment terms. Logic-Tech reserves the right to withhold delivery of final work products until all outstanding amounts are settled.

6. Post-Cancellation Support

Logic-Tech does not provide post-cancellation support for cancelled engagements. If you wish to resume or restart a cancelled project, a new SOW and advance payment will be required.
