These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the website and analytics services provided by Logic Technology Service Private Limited ("Logic-Tech", "we", "us", or "our"), a company incorporated under the Companies Act, 2013, with its registered office at 45 Lalbagh Road, Sudhama Nagara, Bengaluru, Karnataka 560027, India.
By accessing our website or engaging our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.
Logic-Tech provides data analytics, business intelligence, data engineering, predictive analytics, and related technology consulting services to businesses in India and internationally. The specific scope, deliverables, timelines, and pricing for each engagement are defined in a separate Statement of Work (SOW) or Service Agreement signed between Logic-Tech and the client.
Our services are available to registered businesses and individuals who are at least 18 years of age. By engaging our services, you represent that you have the authority to enter into a binding agreement on behalf of your organisation.
All engagements begin with a discovery call, followed by a detailed proposal and Statement of Work. Services commence only upon receipt of the agreed advance payment and execution of the SOW. Logic-Tech reserves the right to decline any engagement at its sole discretion.
All data, information, and materials provided by the client remain the exclusive property of the client. Logic-Tech processes client data solely to deliver the contracted services and has no rights to use client data for any other purpose.
Upon receipt of full payment, all custom deliverables (dashboards, reports, models, pipelines) developed specifically for the client become the property of the client. Logic-Tech retains ownership of all pre-existing tools, frameworks, methodologies, and intellectual property used in delivery.
All proprietary frameworks, methodologies, templates, and tools developed by Logic-Tech remain the exclusive property of Logic-Tech and are licensed to clients on a non-exclusive basis for the purpose of using the deliverables.
Both parties agree to maintain strict confidentiality of all non-public information shared during the engagement. This obligation survives termination of the agreement for a period of 5 years. Logic-Tech signs comprehensive Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs) with all clients prior to engagement commencement.
Logic-Tech implements ISO 27001-certified information security practices and complies with the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023. We sign Data Processing Agreements (DPAs) with all clients whose personal data we process as part of service delivery.
Logic-Tech warrants that: (a) services will be performed by qualified professionals with relevant expertise; (b) deliverables will conform to the specifications agreed in the SOW; (c) we will comply with all applicable Indian laws. Logic-Tech does not warrant specific business outcomes, as results depend on data quality, business conditions, and client implementation.
To the maximum extent permitted by Indian law, Logic-Tech's total liability for any claim arising from a service engagement shall not exceed the total fees paid by the client for that specific engagement in the 3 months preceding the claim. Logic-Tech shall not be liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved within 30 days, disputes shall be referred to arbitration under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, with the seat of arbitration in Bengaluru, Karnataka.
